Revues et périodiquesLes périodiques européens qui mettent en avant divers aspect du droit international sont listés ci-dessous. Les périodiques listés ci-après sont en ordre alphabétique :
Baltic Yearbook of International Law The Baltic Yearbook of International Law is an annual publication which focuses on a wide range of international law topics. It aims in particular at introducing readers to issues that are topical for the Baltic States of Estonia, Latvia and Lithuania and for other countries in Central and Eastern Europe. Each volume addresses a particular theme. So far the Baltic Yearbook has among other themes contained articles on the History of International Law in Central and Eastern Europe, the 90th Anniversary of the Creation of the Baltic States, and Arbitration in the Baltics. The Baltic Yearbook is a unique source of information on the practice of the three Baltic States in International Law. British Yearbook of International Law The British Yearbook of International Law features a collection of extended articles providing an unrivalled overview of the latest scholarship on questions facing international law. Articles published in the yearbook address issues of enduring interest for scholars and specialists in international law. Articles can cover any topic in public or private international law. The yearbook publishes book reviews that are argumentative and innovative. Publication in the yearbook is an important landmark in the career of an international lawyer. Scholars and specialists, whether just starting out in their careers or well established in them, have work published in the yearbook. There are three good reasons to consider the yearbook as an outlet for high quality pieces. First, there is the chance to work closely with the editors, Professor James Crawford and Professor Vaughan Lowe. Secondly, there is no limit on the length of articles, so that some pieces that are too long for other journals can be accommodated without compromising important content. Shorter articles are also welcome, including shorter notes and comments (5-15 pages). Thirdly, yearbook contributions are available online within a few months after acceptance for publication. European Journal of International Law European Journal of Legal Studies Finnish Yearbook of International Law German Yearbook of International Law Goettingen Journal of International Law Hague Journal on the Rule of Law Hague Yearbook of International Law Heidelberg Journal of International Law Human Rights & International Legal Discourse International and Comparative Law Quarterly International Journal on Minority and Group Rights International Organisations Law Review International Review of the Red Cross Italian Yearbook of International Law Journal of History of International Law Journal of International Dispute Settlement International dispute settlement is a relatively new field of academic study that increasingly combines private and public international law and raises enduring issues of global importance. The growth of the field of international dispute settlement in practice, the novelty and significance of the issues posed, and the originality of the academic angle from which such issues need to be addressed are the factors that triggered the launch of the Journal of International Dispute Settlement. JIDS primarily addresses fundamental and lasting issues of international dispute settlement, and gives preference to articles of enduring importance concerning significant trends in the field. JIDS is open to strictly legal approaches as well as to studies inspired by other disciplines, such as legal sociology, legal theory, the history of law, law and political science, and law and economics.
