Forum de recherche sur le droit international de la SEDI: problèmes contemporains
Genève, 26-28 mai 2005

L’objectif principal du Forum de recherche en droit international de la SEDI qui s’est tenu à Genève du 26 au 28 mai 2005 était d’encourager la présentation de recherches en cours par des spécialistes du droit international, de stimuler les échanges autour de certains domaines du droit international, et d’établir des liens entre les participants, conformément aux buts de la SEDI. Les huit ateliers thématiques, se penchant chacun sur un des secteurs ou branches posant des défis particuliers au droit international, ont constitué un des événements centraux du Forum.

Rapport synoptique

Une grande partie des présentations faites lors des ateliers sont désormais disponibles sur notre site internet. Elles sont organisées en fonction de la session thématique au cours desquelles elles furent présentées. De plus, le discours du juge Hishashi Owada est disponible ici.
