Expertise: The Baltic Yearbook of International Law is an annual publication containing studies that are relevant to Baltic affairs and beyond. The Yearbook serves as an important source of information not available elsewhere on state practices in Estonia, Latvia and Lithuania in the area of foreign relations and international law. Despite its clear Baltic ownership, the Yearbook also aspires to become a forum for debate on topical questions in international law and related fields and thus to contribute to the development of standard-setting and relevant practice in the world. The editor in chief of the Yearbook is aided by an assistant who is based at the RWI. The Yearbook is published and distributed by Kluwer Law International
